I usually don’t write about the food I eat because a picture says a thousand words. However, with this classic Cantonese cuisine from a Michelin-star chef, the images just don’t do the flavor’s justice.

pretty amazing radish cake even though i went in thinking - how good can radish cake get? the texture is a bit different. its extra starchy but not oily at all

deep-fried crab claw with minced shrimp - The magic is in the oil they use. Crunchy goodness. Although it’s deep-fried, it doesn’t taste greasy or heavy at all

Beef brisket in broth soup - sounds so simple but oh my gosh this was one favorite: beef so tender soup so light yet u could taste the flavor of the broth soaked into every piece of meat

Crab meat noodle - so..so..

signature fried rice - u could taste every 粒米
